1. How much will it cost for Wemet Docket Management to service our docket department? Because we tailor our services to the needs of each individual law firm,
the cost of our service depends on factors such as how many employees are needed in the docket department and the volume of work. Typically, our clients are billed a flat monthly rate for the services provided.
We also work with our clients to provide cost recovery solutions.
2. What are Wemet Docket Management's hours of operation?
Wemet Docket Management has no set hours and will assume the same hours as your firm. We are available to come in early or stay late depending on the needs of your firm.
3. Will Wemet Docket Management hire any of our current docket employees?
Yes. We are always looking for qualified individuals to join our team and will consider hiring your docket employees.
4. Is Wemet Docket Management insured/bonded?
Yes. Wemet Docket Management carries an insurance policy that protects each of our clients from 3rd Party Crime protection coverage. Also, Wemet Docket Management carries worker's compensation for all employees. Your firm is protected.
5. What docket software are you familiar with?
All Wemet Docket Management employees are trained in DM2000, TimeMatters, CompuLaw, and Access Plus.
We strive to stay up-to-date with all current docket software and keep your firm informed as to the available
options.
6. Do you file documents electronically?
Yes. All Wemet Docket Management employees have been trained in ECF and are available to electronically file documents on
behalf of your attorneys.
