Management organized a training session for attorneys and secretaries with Ted Newman,
the judicial services manager for the Northern District, and his staff. By training
attorneys and staff before ECF became mandatory, we ensured our clients a smooth
transition into the new system.
We communicate with our clients to make sure that their docket department is efficient

their expectations, to discuss changes in the court environment, and to suggest ways of
